A man was reported lying on the ground on Boston Road. Police responding were cancelled while en route, because the man said he was only lying down to relax his back.

Belmont, MA - Wednesday, June 23 - 12:56 a.m.

Police received a report that a 2000 BMW - without any driver or passengers - was stuck in the bucket of a front-end loader near Claflin and Winn streets. The officers found out who owned the vehicle and discovered a 14-year-old boy had taken the car, which belongs to relatives, on a "joy" ride with six of his friends. Police will bring him to juvenile court for the charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and leaving the scene of property damage.

Belmont, MA - Monday, June 21 - 7:51 a.m.

A resident of Cutter Street reported speaking to the driver of a van because he was honking loudly on the street. The resident alleges the driver yelled at him, poked him in the eye with his finger and then got out of the van and slapped him in the face. The police advised the resident to contact Cambridge District Court if he wants to pursue a formal complaint.

Arlington, MA - Wednesday, June 30 - 5:53 p.m.

A Locke Street resident reported someone ripped a plant from the ground.

Winchester, MA - Tuesday, June 22 - 12:42 p.m.

A Woburn woman allegedly drove her 1988 Ford into the front yard of a house on Fairmont Street.
